Description

These are an early 19th-century pair of townhouses, originally designed as three, located on the north side of Croft Place. The buildings are two storeys high and demonstrate a stepped design. Each has two windows. They are constructed of ashlar, with No. 3 painted, and feature moulded eaves cornices. The roofs are slate, topped with three stone chimneys. The windows are glazing bar sash windows, set within moulded architraves. The front doors are positioned to the right of No. 1 and No. 3, while the door of No. 2 is located off-centre to the left of the building, with a passage door to its left.
