Description
This wash house, located approximately 10 yards south of Rose Cottage, dates from the 18th century and was originally a cottage. It is constructed of random rubble and features a pantiled roof. The building has an old brick chimney and coping.
The wash house is a single storey structure. On the right side, there is a boarded door, with a 6-pane fixed window to the left and a small larder window further left. The roof is steeply pitched and gabled, with old brick coping on the right gable and a rendered end stack.
