Description

This lychgate, located 20 yards south-west of the Church of St. Oswin, was built in 1903. It is constructed of oak and sits on an ashlar base, topped with a Lakeland slate roof. The structure features moulded arched braces that support a coved tie beam, with close studding in the spandrels. The gable is adorned with ornamental panelling.
