Description

This is a sundial located 10 metres south of Wallington Hall, dated 1883. It features the initials C.E.T. for Charles Edward Trevelyan and E.A.T. for Eleanora Trevelyan. The dial was made by T.B. Winter of Newcastle. The sundial is constructed of stone and bronze, with a fluted square shaft that broadens towards the cap.
