Description

This is a pedestal sundial located approximately 30 yards south of Higham Dykes, dated 1728. It is made of painted sandstone and features a moulded base leading to a corniced square block with fielded panels, with the south side displaying the date. Above this is a tapering, square, fluted column topped with a small gnomon.
