Description

The shelter shed, located 30 metres south of Greensfield Farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of whinstone rubble with cut sandstone dressings, although the left return has been rebuilt in 20th-century synthetic stone. The roof is made of Welsh slate. The structure features a four-bay segmental arcade with a boarded door to the right, and all openings are framed in chamfered surrounds. The end gables are coped.
