Description

The garden wall and dovecote attached to the east of Eland Hall are from the early 18th century. The structure is built of brick in English Garden Wall Bond, with random rubble at the rear, and features a pantiled roof. The wall stands approximately 15 feet high and is 20 yards long, connecting the house to a two-storey square dovecote. The dovecote includes a potting shed on the ground floor, a segmental-arched opening on the first floor, and a pyramidal roof. Inside, there are brick nesting boxes.
