Description
Nunwick Mill House is an early 19th-century mill house constructed from coursed rubble with stone dressings. It features a purple slate roof and a dressed stone chimney. The building is two stories high and has three bays, set back on the right return of Nunwick Mill. It has tooled quoins and a central door that has been replaced, along with renewed 16-pane sash windows in flush surrounds with alternating jambs. The roof has a coped gable on the right side and a right end stack with a top band. At the rear of the house, there is a single-storey outshut under a pent roof that spans the junction between the house and the mill. This building is included for its group value.
