Description

This is an 18th-century building of three storeys and two windows, located on the east side of Bailiffgate. The front is of plain ashlar with projecting cills. There are sash windows with glazing bars, and 2-light casements on the second floor. A doorway is situated to the left of the centre, featuring a 6-panel door with four steps and a dressed surround. The roof is slate, topped with two yellow brick chimneys and a kneeler to the left. The building has group value.
