Description
The farm buildings attached to the west of Bank Head House are mid-18th century structures that include shelter sheds, a byre, and a dovecote. They are constructed of brick in English Garden Wall Bond and feature pantiled roofs. The layout is L-shaped. On the right side, there is a single-storey, four-bay shelter shed with segmental brick arches, three of which are now blocked. Projecting to the left, there is first a single-storey, three-bay byre, followed by a two-storey Gothick dovecote. The dovecote has a pointed-arched door, a blocked pointed-arched window on the first floor, and a castellated parapet that steps up at the corners.
