Description

The Magazine, including the enclosing wall and entrance, is an early 18th-century oblong stone building. It features four very heavy buttresses on each side and has heavy moulded copings on its gables. The entrance includes a door topped with a pediment. The building is surrounded by a stone wall, which has a round-arched doorway with a pediment on the side facing the ramparts.
