Description
This stable, located 10 metres north-east of South Cottage, was built in the second quarter of the 19th century. It is constructed from coursed rubble and features tooled-and-margined quoins and dressings, topped with a slate roof. The building is one storey high and has three bays arranged symmetrically. The central entrance consists of a boarded door, which is flanked by boarded windows that have slightly projecting sills. All openings are surrounded by chamfered alternating-block surrounds, and the gables are coped.
