SATTERLEIGH AND WARKLEIGH Stable circa 15 metres north-east of Mole Cottage

GV II

Stable. Probably mid C19. Painted rendered stone rubble. Thatch roof with gable ends. Rectangular on plan with loft over which has first floor access at left gable end. 2-light casement, 4 panes per light inserted in blocked loft door above double plank doors flanked by 2-light casements, 8 panes per light. Part cobbled floor. The stable forms an integral roadside group between Mole Cottage and the garage and storesheds.
