HEALEY HEALEY VILLAGE Outbuildings and yard walls to east of vicarage

GV ll

Outbuilding range and yard walls, 1877. Snecked rock-faced stone, rock-faced and margined dressings; slate roof. East elevation in 2 sections, both single-storey. Taller left part has 2-light mullioned window, boarded door under flattened triangular head and double doors to cartshed in segmental- pointed arch; right part has 2 small windows and boarded privy door under flattened triangular head. Both sections have coped gables with kneelers and serrated red tile ridge. Left return continued as wall with arched coping linking to south-east corner of vicarage(q.v.); right return has 2 small windows and wall-foot opening for emptying privy, wall to right (with opening under timber lintel, widened in C20) links to north-east corner of vicarage.
