Small commercial building,circa 1900. Sandstone ashlar and granite, roof not visible. Two storeys, one wide bay. 4 granite pilasters on plinths support enriched frieze and cornice, and frame 2 windows and right-hand panelled door with overlight, all under basket arches. Curved granite stallrisers above cellar grilles. First-floor canted bay, with elaborately-carved pilasters, entablature and central pediment, rests on projecting ground floor. Carved panelled top frieze and cornice with triglyph brackets, shells between.
