Description

Clevecote is a house dating from around 1840. It is constructed of brick with a Welsh slate roof and rendered end stacks. The house has two storeys and three bays. The windows have arched brick heads, stone sills, and boxed sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrance has a six-panelled door with an overlight containing geometric glazing bars, a simple moulded timber architrave, and a mid-20th century slated timber canopy supported on brackets. The right (east) gable end is rendered. Later extensions and outbuildings to the rear are not considered to be of architectural interest.
