Description
Crown Street Chambers is an austere and dignified late 19th-century building that stands three stories tall and features six windows. At the center, there is an attic gable with two windows, topped with ball finials at the peak and sides, which are also echoed in the flanking panelled parapet. The building is constructed of red brick with terra-cotta dressings. It has full-height pilasters with plinths at each floor level, and strings that run through at the floors and cills. The sash windows are adorned with gauged brick arches and keystones, with glazing bars present on the upper sashes. The entrance, located on the right, features a keystone that supports a crest within the arms of a serpentine open pediment.
