Description

This is a mid-18th century building with alterations, situated on Haughton Green. It consists of two storeys and has four windows in total. The building is constructed of red brick and has a roof recently renewed with modern ridged tiles, featuring three chimneys along the ridge. The first floor has Yorkshire sliding sash windows. On the ground floor, there is a garage door on the right, numbered 36, followed by a Yorkshire sash window and a plain flush door, both set beneath flat, gauged brick arches. To the right of the door are two mid-19th century canted bays, with entablatures, flanking a pedimented reproduction door belonging to number 40.
