Description

Parkside Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse with later alterations. It is constructed of squared limestone with a purple slate roof and rebuilt grey brick chimney stacks. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three bays. The central doorway has been replaced and features an overlight under a tooled-and-margined lintel. A doorway has been blocked on the left side. The windows are replaced casements with flush lintels and projecting sills. The roof has coped gables and shaped kneelers. There are stacks at the ridge and ends. A low, two-storey outshut extends from the rear of the building. The listing also includes a pigeon house, stalls, barns, and stabling.
