Description
This milestone, located approximately 150 metres northwest of Burn Bridge, is likely from the early 19th century. It is made of painted ashlar and stands about 0.6 metres high, positioned diagonally to the road. The west face is inscribed with "EDGE 6½" and the east face with "MIDN 3½". The rear faces are tooled.
