Description
This is a shelter shed located 550 metres southeast of Lartington Hall, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed from squared sandstone rubble and features a stone-flagged roof. The shed is single-storey and consists of two bays, with tooled alternating quoins. The door surrounds are flush and have tooled-and-margined alternating jambs, thin lintels, and blocked semicircular heads with flush voussoirs. There is a boarded door in the left doorway, and the shed has a low-pitched hipped roof. Additionally, there are two similar blocked doorways at the rear.
