Description

The structure is a garden wall located south of Number 9, known as the Chorister School. This wall is possibly part of the city wall and dates from the medieval period and later. It is constructed from sandstone rubble and coursed squared sandstone, topped with flat stone coping. The lower section consists of thinner rubble, while the upper part is set back and made of larger rubble. The southern section features more regular masonry.
