Description
The structure is a garden wall, likely once part of a building, dating from the medieval period with alterations made in the 17th and 18th centuries. It is constructed of coursed squared sandstone featuring ashlar dressings. The front wall includes a stepped roll-moulded parapet above a high wide segmental arch, which has an open oeuil-de-boeuf on the right side. On the left, there is a lower round-headed narrow arch that features long-and-short jambs and a keyed moulded head resting on impost blocks. To the right of the wall, there is a square buttress. Additionally, there is possibly an inserted opening at the lower left, which has a renewed central mullion and a square head.
