Description

This is an early 19th-century house located within the North Bailey in Durham and Framwellgate. The exterior is painted pebbledash render with an ashlar plinth and stone dressings. The roof is covered in Welsh slate, and features brick chimneys. The house is three storeys high with two windows. The central entrance has a six-panel door with a patterned overlight, set within a panelled reveal and a Tuscan doorcase. The windows are tripartite sash windows with painted wedge stone lintels and projecting stone sills. Brick chimneys are located at each end of the building.
