Description
The tower in the churchyard of the Church of St. James is likely from the 16th century. It is constructed from several courses of sandstone rubble, rising up to 2 meters high. The tower has a rectangular plan with an open east end and a blocked door on the west end. Inside, there is a wall along the south side, set 1.5 meters from the external wall, and part of a barrel vault is visible. This structure is also designated as a scheduled ancient monument.
