Description

This building is a coachhouse, now used as a garage, dating from the first half of the 19th century. It is constructed of sandstone rubble and has a Welsh slate roof. The structure is one storey high with one wide bay and features a blank front. The left return gable has a wooden lintel above boarded vehicle doors, and the gable peak includes a projecting stone triangle with pigeon holes and shelves. This building is included for its group value with the nearby Rookhope Inn.
