Description

Conduit House, located 20 metres south-east of Baxter Wood Farmhouse, is likely from the early 19th century and features a possibly medieval fragment of a cross head on top. It is made of squared, tooled-and-margined sandstone and stands about 1.0 metre high. The structure is a cubic block that is open on the east side, topped with a solid pyramidal stone roof and a cross finial.
