Description
This building is a pigsty with a hen house, dating from the mid to late 18th century, located west of Priory Farmhouse. It is constructed from irregular courses of sandstone rubble, featuring some quoins, and has a stone-flagged roof. The structure is single-storey and consists of two bays. On the left side, there is a blocked door with a flat stone lintel. The right return gable has a boarded door beneath a wooden lintel and a square hen-hole with a stone shelf at the peak of the gable. A rubble wall encloses an exercise yard on the right return.
