Description

Westoe is a house that dates from the late 18th century. It is built from roughly-squared stone with cut dressings and has a graduated stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has two bays. The central doorway features a tooled stone surround and is set within a gabled porch that was added in the late 20th century. There are four-pane sash windows in stone surrounds, and the house has banded end stacks.

At the time of the survey, the rear of the house was gutted and undergoing alterations. A dated lintel from the rear door had been cut up to create new quoins. The house is included for its group value.
