Description

This is a disused limekiln located 700 metres south of Cote House Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from squared rubble and features a small two-cell design. The front wall and returns are battered, and the structure is built partly into the bankside. The kilns have an elliptical arch and a domed shape, with flush voussoirs and infilled polls in the rear wall.
