Description
Rosedene is a small house built in the late 18th to early 19th century. It is constructed of squared sandstone rubble and features a stone-flagged roof with stone chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and two bays, with alternating flush quoins. To the right, there is a 4-panel door with a 5-pane overlight above it, while the bay above the doorway is blank. On the left side, there are two 4-pane sash windows, which have flush lintels and projecting sills. The roof has coped gables, and the end stacks are topped with ledges and water tables. Additionally, there is a small blocked window set high on the left return.
