Description
No. 13 South Bailey is a house built in the early 18th century. It features Flemish bond brickwork with painted ashlar dressings and a plinth, topped by a Welsh slate roof. The building has three storeys and three bays. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a four-pane overlight, which is recessed beneath a flat brick arch. There are similar arches and painted projecting stone sills above the blank windows in the first bay, while the other bays contain sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor windows are equipped with shutter pins. The roof is hipped on the left side and has a transverse ridge chimney.
