Description
This is a house comprising two building phases, one from the early 18th century and the other from the 19th century. It is constructed with incised stucco and has ashlar dressings. The roof is covered in Welsh slate, with a rendered chimney. The house has two storeys and an attic, presenting a two-bay façade to the left and a three-bay façade to the right. The left-hand part of the house has a six-panel door with an overlight set within an architrave and cornice, and a garage door to the right. The windows vary in size and shape; a two-light horizontal sliding sash window in the second bay has wide glazing bars and external two-panelled shutters. A renewed window and shutter are present in the third bay. Other windows are sash windows, some of which have been replaced, and all have projecting stone sills, with brackets supporting the sills on the second floor. Two square-headed dormers break the eaves on the left side of the roof. The front-left side of the house has a chimney. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding buildings.
