Description
The house at 35 High Street is a two-storey building with a central entry plan, rendered throughout and topped with a pantiled roof. The front of the house features a six-panel door set within an arched surround that includes a blocked fanlight, keystone, and impost blocks. To the left of the door is a plain four-over-four pane sash window, while to the right is a similar but narrower sash window. On the upper floor, there are two narrower sash windows that are also shorter in height. The roof is plain and mid-pitch, with gable stacks. At the rear, there is a large two-storey extension with a flat roof, added in the late 20th century. The property was not inspected during the time of the resurvey.
