Description
Mill House is a two-storey house with a double depth central entry plan, featuring a completely smooth rendered and painted exterior, likely over local rubblestone. The roof is a replacement natural slate, with rendered stacks. The front facade has three windows on the upper floor and one additional window on the ground floor. The central entrance consists of a part glazed door, flanked on the left by a small 2 over 2 pane sash window, all situated under a slated porch supported by slim posts. Larger 2 over 2 sash windows are positioned on either side of the door, while three smaller sashes with marginal glazing are located above. All windows are in plain openings and have replacement joinery. The roof features an all-round overhang, with stacks at each gable end, and small windows in both gable ends. The rear elevation has all replacement sashes, including a smaller one at the upper centre. The interior was not seen during the resurvey.
