Description
Y-Fedwarian is a two-storey building constructed from local random rubble that has been painted over, topped with a natural slate roof. It features a double depth central entrance plan with an additional service range to the left, which is now part of the house. The central entrance has a four-panel door with a small slated hood supported by brackets, flanked by two-light small paned casement windows that have elliptical brick heads and stone cills. The upper windows mirror this design, with a blind recess above the door that contains a carved stone name plaque. The roof is plain, with painted brick stacks at both gables.
The left return gable is connected to an L-shaped service range, which has late 20th-century doors and windows on both sides. The right return gable of the main house is blind. The rear elevation has not been seen, but it includes a small two-storey wing. The interior has not been observed during the resurvey, but the service range has been incorporated into the main house.
