Description
This is a two-storey, three-window house dating from the 18th century, with a double-fronted central entrance plan and a rear wing. The front is faced in painted roughcast render, topped by a Welsh slate roof. The elevation is irregular, with a wider bay to the right which contains the main living room and bedroom. The front door is a six-panel design with slender pilasters, a transom light, and a small hood, flanked by windows with 8 over 8 panes of glass. Upper floor windows are similarly proportioned sashes, with 4 over 8 panes framing a central 3 over 6 pane sash. The roof has a low pitch and rendered stacks on each gable. The house connects to the left with the rear wing of the adjacent property at No. 1. A rear kitchen wing is not visible from the street, and there is an additional stack present. The rear elevation is not visible. The interior was not inspected during a recent survey.
