Description
The former stable block of Drybridge House is a building constructed of red brick in English bond, featuring a stone rubble plinth and a Welsh slate roof. It is partly two storeys high and includes various windows, such as three over six pane sash windows, and cross-gabled heads above boarded loading doors, along with twin doors on the ground floor. The roof is topped with a timber clock turret that has a hipped slate roof and a weathervane. There are vents at the ends and moulded timber brackets supporting the oversailing eaves. Attached to the main structure are one-storey ranges with end finials and eaves similar to the main building. A slender wallhead chimney is positioned over mullioned windows that face the road. Additionally, there is another contemporary red brick building located to the north-west of the group. The rear elevation has not been seen. The interior was not visible during the resurvey.
