Description

The former coach-house of No. 21, known as Overmonnow House, is a building that dates back to an unspecified period. It features a rendered and painted exterior with a Welsh slate roof. The structure is a rectangular block that runs parallel to the street and is attached to the north-west corner of No. 21. The ground floor has been modified with the addition of small gabled wings that project forward from the coach doors, but the hipped roof remains intact, complete with two gabled dormers that have 2 + 2 pane casements. The rear elevation has not been observed. The interior was not seen during the resurvey.
