14 Priory Street is one of two attached townhouses that share the same roofline and pitch. The front is roughcast rendered, while the side is smooth and painted. It has a slate roof with slightly overhanging and swept eaves, and brick corniced end stacks. The building stands three storeys tall and features a double front with a two-window range set in reveals. The top floor has 6-pane casements, and the first and ground floors have cross-framed casements with top-opening panes. There is a central doorway topped by a gabled hood.
