Description

The Statue of Lord Aberdare is a bronze figure standing on an ashlar plinth. The plinth is inscribed with the words "Henry Austin Lord Aberdare GCB PC Born 1815, Died 1895". The statue depicts Lord Aberdare standing with his weight on his left leg and his right leg inclined to the rear. His right arm is slightly extended, while his left arm is raised, with his left hand holding the border of his gown.
