Description

Three storey, four window block. Yellow and red brick bands with bathstone oriel windows; slate roof, tall red brick chimneys. On first and second floors, 4 bathstone oriel windows on brackets; relief aprons between floors. On ground floor, to R, doorway with bracketed hood and inscription "Borough Chambers"; arched doorway; to L modernised shopfronts between stone pilasters with florl capitals, and brackets with garlands to cornice.
