Description
Rohan is a four-storey building with a two-window front, constructed from painted freestone and brick. It features some Italian Gothic detailing, including panelled pilasters at the ends and brackets that support the cornice. The top floor has two sash windows, while the floor below has two windows with broad Gothic arched heads. On the first floor, there is a single window with some relief detailing at the head and tripartite sash glazing. The ground floor has a modern shop front.
