Description
This is a K6 type telephone call box located on the east side of the central gardens. It is a square, red kiosk made of cast iron. The box features raised surrounds around the door and sides, with horizontal glazing that includes marginal glazing bars. The rear of the box is blank, and it has a moulded plinth. The domed roof is adorned with four lunettes that display King George VI crowns above red lettered opals and ventilation slits.
