Description

Eastfield is a house featuring channelled and scribed stucco with a slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and has a total of five windows, with two set back. The first floor of the main block has three 16-pane horned sash windows. On the ground floor, there is a pedimented doorcase flanked by 12-pane hornless sashes. To the right, in the two-window block, there are two 16-pane horned sashes on each floor.
