Description
This small outbuilding, located immediately to the west of Sutton House, is two storeys tall and features a steep corrugated iron roof with raised gable ends. The walls are made of squared rubble. On the north side, there are three pointed openings, two of which are partly blocked, with the central opening having a chamfered dressed head that may have been re-used. The top left opening includes a spoked drivewheel mounted on a projecting spindle, which was used to power internal feed machinery. Inside, there are three-bay pegged A-frame roof trusses. The building also has a pair of splayed vents above a lean-to extension that faces the house, an offset door on the west gable, and double loading doors at the rear.
