Description

This is an 18th-century, three-bay barn with a steeply pitched roof covered in corrugated asbestos. The north gable features a first-floor hayloft door, while the west elevation has a pair of square-headed windows on either side of a large narrow doorway at ground level, with a small square window opening positioned above. There is a wide flight of stone steps leading to the open south end. The south gable was heavily overgrown during the inspection in June 1995. The east elevation is hidden by a large corrugated iron lean-to extension.
