Description
The Randall Memorial Drinking Fountain is a decorative structure featuring a reliquary type top with a pyramidal spirelet and a French Gothic gabled arch adorned with a coat of arms on the west side. The fountain has marble-faced pilasters below that are connected by a band of foliage. Each face of the fountain has trefoil-headed openings with ornamental ironwork grilles, except for the east side. The middle stage includes blind shouldered recesses, with a black-lettered marble plaque on the west side. The base has deeper recesses flanked by squat pilasters with foliage capitals, and it supports semicircular marble basins on stone corbels. The fountain is set on a stepped base.
