Description
Riversdale is a two-storey building featuring a stepped five-window front made of scribed stucco. It has a slate roof with wide eaves that are bracketed over the central bays, and it is topped with grouped cylindrical chimney stacks. The outer bays are slightly set back, while the central entrance bay is advanced and has a pedimented cross roof. The entrance is highlighted by a broad pilastered doorcase that contains a six-panel door. The windows are Neo Georgian pivot windows.
At the right end of the building, there is a similar style one-storey lean-to. A modern proprietary slate range at the rear is not considered to be of special interest.
