Description

Plas Kynaston is a two-storey building featuring a rendered exterior over stone, with brick stacks at the rear and some later brick repairs on the rear wall. It has a slate roof and a three-window range, which includes two full-height canted bay windows, each made up of three windows, flanking the central entrance. The entrance is set within a doorcase that has an open pediment, a radial fan, and sidelights. Above the entrance, there is a central round-arched window on the first floor, framed by a moulded architrave. The building also displays a moulded eaves cornice. According to an earlier description, it retains a well staircase featuring shaped undersides to the stone steps and square balusters.
